Recognizing the value of providing integrated machining services and having the ability to react to the urgency required to support our customers, Mac 3 Machine was incorporated in 2005. Quality and versatility drive the business operations and services provided with focus on CNC Machining, Production Machining, Machine Manufacturing and Millwrighting. Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Metals and Plastics are materials commonly processed by our machines.

Continued growth in C&A Industries and exposure to Industrial Construction opportunities resulted in the start-up of Apollo Steel Fabricators in 2011. Providing Structural Steel fabrication and erection services for buildings and structures is the focus of the business. Certification by CSA A660-10 for the design and manufacturing of pre-engineered steel buildings has driven opportunities and development of modular construction in the Energy and Industrial Construction markets.

Newly formed in 2021, C&A Mechanical was established to add Industrial Plumbing and Mechanical services to our business portfolio and further our mission to provide fully integrated process solutions to our Lethbridge customers. Specializing in Industrial Mechanical Systems, Industrial Plumbing, Municipal Water Treatment, Manufacturing Plant Process and Utility Piping; our team has diverse capability. C&A Mechanical has obtained its ABSA B31.1 & B31.3 certification allowing our team to manufacture pressure piping systems, pressure vessels, and boiler installation services.

In an effort to unify the businesses under a brand that can be presented as an end-to-end solutions partner across Industry, C&A Group was created in 2015. Today, the C&A Group consists of C&A Industries, C&A Machining, C&A Structural, and C&A Mechanical.
